La Roche sur Yon

During your stay at Les Ramiers, don’t forget to head for La Roche sur Yon. A large town in the Vendée region, this commune is packed with activities.

Around culture

You’ll find the Haras de Vendée, for example. Open all summer, you can enjoy horse shows and wander freely through the magnificent gardens. Every day (except Saturday) at 5:00 pm, a sublime equestrian show awaits you. You can also choose to take a guided tour, to learn all the secrets of these places.

For a pleasant stroll

You can choose to go all the way around (or part of) the Papon mill. This stretch of water is perfect for stretching your legs in the shade or in the sun.

In the family

For several years now, the Place Napoléon has been home to the animals of the square. So you can bring the kids along to make the animals move themselves. You can also stop for refreshments and snacks in and around the square.
